feat: Adding an autocommand to disable features on large files (just

folding for now).

Disabled the autocommand for the telescope folding
workaround.

Re-enabling debugging shortcuts.

Adding webp and png to the telescope ignore patterns.

Cleaning up some commented out old packages.
